My Goals:
to loose 50 pounds and be more aware of what I am eatting . And eat healthier.

My Program:
Trying to do more then sitting on my butt . Keeping my hands busy wiht Scrapbooking so I dont think of food ,swimming drinking water and trying to eat healthy .

Personal Information:
I just moved to Florida May 1 with my Husband and 3 cats. We moved from Pa. We have 2 children and 3 Grandchildren On 2 , 3 12.

Other Information:
I love doing scrapbooking .Reading And my Grandchildren and I love all animals. I enjoy country classic music and I scuba dive with hubby.

PROMISE yourself not to QUIT. It really makes me sad the number of people who start and then quit. PROMISE to love yourself and stay with this. You can do this in small goals. There are many, many success stories here at SPARKPEOPLE and it is all FREE.

If you are an emotional eater, read the book "SHRINK YOURSELF" by UCLA psychiatrist ROGER GOULD, M.D. He gives an Eight Step Plan to deal with the issue. He has an interview at YOUTUBE if you do a search there for him.
