I am 63 and have 2 sons, 1 daughter, and 9 grandchildren. I have been overweight for many years....gained 80 pounds while taking prednisone. I was on it for 8 1/2 years and never lost the weight when I was able to stop taking it.
I don't expect much, but I'm hoping for a lot!!!

My Goals:
1) Stay within my nutritional guidelines.
2) Remember my vitamins every day.

I am trying to eat healthy and read daily about nutrition.
I am physically disabled and my ability to exercise is extremely limited but I am doing as much as I possibly can every day.
