I am so busy in my life doing things for other people that I sometimes tend to ignore the warnings from my own body. Until you cannot get down on your knees and play with your grandchildren do you realize that this is out of control. I have been struggling my entire life with extra weight and I don't know what it will take to finally bring me to the point where I reach out and look for support for ME. I am so busy in my life doing things for other people that I sometimes tend to ignore the warnings from my own body. Until you cannot get down on your knees and play with your grandchildren do you realize that this is out of control. I have been struggling my entire life with extra weight and I don't know what it will take to finally bring me to the point where I reach out and look for support for ME. I am a Realtor and I am very active at my church. I have two children and they have each given me grandsons. My goal is to lose the extra weight so I can be around for them as they grow up. I also know that when I am not packing the extra weight I am a more joyful person. So why do I do this to myself when the positives are so obvious.

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and have more energy so I can keep up with my grandsons
My Program:
I am not eating white sugar or flour. I am making better choices with snacks and I really want to not eat while watching television at night.
Personal Information:
I was born in Brooklyn NY and have lived in Pa for 20 years. I went to Midwood H.S. and graduated in 1967. I have two daughters and two grandsons. I adore them all and wish we lived closer but they live in Asheville N.C.
Other Information:
I am a Realtor in the Slate Belt area of Pa. and I am very active in my church. I love musicals and singing in the church choir.
