My goals are to be healthy and feel good!! To accomplish this, I need to lose the extra pounds, firm up the muscle and lower my cholestrol.

My Program:
I am exercising six days a week - combination of cardio and strength training. I am also tracking everything I eat thanks to SparkPeople.
