Don't feel discouraged, you can do this! Just start slow and make small healthy lifestyle changes. Go for short walks, and before you know it you'll be running half marathons. Look at food as fuel, and eat for health. Aim for the fruits and vegetables and don't deny yourself the things you want in moderation. Find balance and feel good because you deserve it.
