I'm not asking to be thin, to wear skinny jeans, or grace the pages of magazines. I just want to be a smaller version of myself.
I want to regain my health, my energy, and my activeness.
I want to motivate my son to be healthy, and my husband to join me on this journey
I want to lower my blood pressure, cholesterol, and risk of diabetes and heart disease.
I want to be proud of myself.
I want to LIVE.
