I'M LOSING IT !
Wake up call! I have always cosidered this weight problem an inconvience- NOW it is a health issue! I plan...NO ,I WILL lose 100 pounds by my birthday next year...FEB.19th 2013!I am following the Weight Watchers eating guidelines and really plan to focus on whole foods .Getting away from processed foods is a challenge...So many just taste so darn good , BUT boy are they bad for you.So I am going to start pampering myself in a different way ...With the freshest and most wholesome foods I can buy ...

I plan to follow a healthful eating plan.Drink 8 glasses of water daily and walk /exercise 30 min daily.
Personal Information:
I am from the South and we feed every problem or accomplishment! I must unlearn this habit. Taking care of myself is the most important gift I can give myself and my family.

I love gardening! Can't wait for Spring! I also love to read and quilt.
