#1 - At least 10 minutes of activity EVERY DAY
#2 - Drink at least eight glasses of water every day
#3 - Walk at least 9000 steps each day
I once read that if you do something for 28 days in a row, it will be a habit. I've set my small goals, and once I achieve a 28 day streak, I will increase or change my goal.
My objective is to have physical activity become as much a part of my life as my morning cup of coffee.
I am 48 years old and have been married to my dear husband for just over a year. My two darling daughters are aged 15 and 9. My household is rounded out by a 13 year old Dalmatian/pointer mix dog and a 4 year old Boston terrier.
