The Fitness Tracker will not allow you to copy from day-to-day and there is a box for favorites that you would need to check for any exercises to go into it.
However, there is a back arrow that you can use to maybe "copy & paste" each exercise from one day to the next. I would say to open WordPad or something similar and copy & paste each exercise from the other day. Now enter them again (sorry, one at a time) but this time when you enter them, make sure you check the favorites box.
The F.T. will not allow you to automatically have them every day - no way, no how - But you can set your F.T. to 3 days a week and they will automatically show up on those 3 days! What I do is let my exercises show up those 3 days and I use different exercises for the other 4 days - like Core exercises and maybe some lighter exercises for the parts of me that I work harder on the first 3 days.
