I have proven that I can be successful at yoyoing, now it is time to rise to a new challenge.
I challenge myself to become a strong, healthy, sexy, confident person. I want to choose to eat "clean and healthy" even in stressful times and times of celebration. And I want to find a way to enjoy aerobic workouts!???
I lost weight with Sparkpeople, but once again I slipped into sabotage mode, gaining it all back. Now I challenge myself to go from yoyo to WAY TO GO!
To go from 159 to 119 by focusing on ten pound increments rather than on the whole lump at once.
I want to lose an average of 1.5 pounds per week until I reach my goal.
I want to make long lasting, healthy changes to my eating habits
I want to make physical activity a natural part of my life.
I am eating healthfully and counting calories.
I am walking and doing yoga.
I am incorporating psychological/energy practices like EFT (Tapping) to help me change the way I relate to myself and to food.
I am very happily married, meditate, do yoga (just beginning again), love the desert, love to camp, read, travel, and chat with friends.
