hello fellow spark users!
My name is Najma and I am just like you, I have goal in mind; to gain confidence and shed off weight!
I have in my life time gained weight...lost weight...and gained weight again. Twice I was between 130 and 140. Those were the times when I was 15-16 years of age and didn't know that once you lose weight...you keep it off...and continue along with your goal until you come to a satisfying weight that you are happy with. However I did not know that until 3 ...

My name is Najma and I am just like you, I have goal in mind; to gain confidence and shed off weight!
I have in my life time gained weight...lost weight...and gained weight again. Twice I was between 130 and 140. Those were the times when I was 15-16 years of age and didn't know that once you lose weight...you keep it off...and continue along with your goal until you come to a satisfying weight that you are happy with. However I did not know that until 3 years later. I am now 19 and this time I am determined and motivated to shed off weight and keep it off. That is my biggest goal in life!
I don't want to be chubby anymore...though I started to gain weight when I was 14 years old because before than I was skinny during my childhood years. maybe it was after I moved in with my grandma. you know how grandparents can be!
anyways being chubby is not something I'd wanna be for the next, say, many years of my life!

I do at least five hour workout with cardio and strength training, plus running for at least three miles a day!

Well, another month has come to a close; were you happy with September's progress? Let's start October with a emoticon and go back to the basics: write down your goals and rewards; keep a food log; commit to daily exercise; stay hydrated; record your measurements (along with your weight); continue to Spark and start a journal. You'll be amazed with the results= )
