1-1-11... @ 189 pounds. heaviest ever... time to change and STICK WITH IT
My daughter and motivation
Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
Single mom, President of a motorcycle club, full time student AND I fit in time for work, sometimes sleep, oh yeah and run my graphic design business
Just haven't figured out how to fit in exercise and eating and STICKING WITH IT.
Sure, I have a number I would like to see on the scale, but I'd rather have the smaller clothes and have the overall better feeling of success!
I'm just trying to figure out how to tone all this up, eat and lose some inches while I'm at it with my crazy hectic lifestyle.
Round 1: started back in Sept 08, quickly got discouraged and quit.
Round 2: started the end of Feb 09. Went strong through March, then my life turned upside-down in April. My mother took my daughter to a whole other state and I lost 3 friends in a tragic drunk driver vs. motorcycles accident. Do not feel sorry for me, I don't anymore.
Round 3: Boot straps are tight, wrist wraps are on and the gloves are OFF! The biggest challenger we will ever face is ourselves. We are our own worst enemies and this battle through lifestyle change is 40% spiritual, 40% mental and 20% physical. (YEAH, THAT DIDN'T LAST...)
Not happy with the way things are in your life? What are you gonna do? Lay there crying like a little baby? WRONG! Get up, get moving and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
God takes us through trials and tribulations to make us stronger in ourselves and learn to trust our faith in Him. Promise-Problem-Provision
1. He makes a promise to us.
2. He takes us through a problem. How you act in that problem determines how long you will stay there. The Israelites spent 40 years walking around and around Mt Sinai and why? They complained about the food, doubted Moses, whined and cried about EVERYTHING. So you wanna complain? Take another lap!
3. Once we start acting right and HE feels we are ready, He gives us our provision. We don't always get what we think we want when we want it b/c that is not always the best thing for us
The Quote ~"Our deepest fear is NOT that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are POWERFUL beyond measure. It is our LIGHT, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light SHINE, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." Marianne Williamson in Return to Love~~~~ (I absolutely HAD to borrow this from KV711LAW - Thank you!)
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26).

"Failure is only a fact when you give up. Everyone gets knocked down, the question is: Will you get back up?"
"FEARLESS is getting back up and fighting for what you want over and over again...even though every time you've tried before, you've lost."
"Control your own destiny or someone else will",
"I've learned that mistakes can often be as good a teacher as success"
and "Change BEFORE you have to"
