50 Down 40 to go!

I have 40 more lbs to go before I reach my goal of !!! Down 50 since January and now that I live in South Korea, I have so many other things on my mind (like partying lol) so I need some motivation to get back on the right track!!!

I'm not an emotional eater, I'm an all the time eater. I just love food. Sadly, I'm one of the people who even looks at a dessert and I gain 3 lbs.

My end goal is 185 by June when I leave to move to London. Then I want to hit 165 ...

Girl, I really got to get up in the am and do the same. I want to and plan for it but sleep takes over and i never get up with enough time. How did you start and what keeps you going?

I hear you on the veggies thing my man is Chinese and its the same way. When we eat with his family its a 10 course meal and lot of heavy foods... oh and rice :)

I am still working on getting rid of red meat and I plan to lower my carb intake. As for sugar... that I'm not sure I can give up. Its in everything!

Oh and thanks for suggesting Taebo I was looking at a few DVDs and couldn't decide so I'm going to work with the DVDs i have now and hope to get some Taebo for christmas. Maybe try some on demand to see what its like too.

I start this class "Lean and Fit" its at a martial arts studio and I got through 2 weeks and then got really sick so I get to start over in January. That has a lot of kickboxing type cardio. And it Definitely got me going. I'm one of the heaviest in the class and the most out of shape. But that's not going to stop me! It's embarrassing to huff and puff and almost die in front on these tiny little girls teaching the class but they are all really supportive so I'm looking forward to that starting again. Its a six day per week work out for an hour after work. hopefully I will get on that am routine to help progress.

What's it like in Korea? I'm going to Hong Kong for my first trip off the us continent and out of the country at the same time... a little nervous to tell the truth.

You are my motivation at the moment so I hope that helps you with yours :)
Right now I'm just trying to master eating right. My goal is less than 1770 calories each day. I also want to get a way from most (if not all) packaged foods and work my way back to (at the least) a vegetarian diet.

For me even though I love the taste of meat I definitely feel the difference in my body when I eat it daily. Plus I already don't drink cows milk or consume a lot of eggs (not my favorite thing!)

Once I've got the eating down I will really get into fitness. I want to do a little bit here and there and the mornings have always been my goal. But I LOVE my sleep!

What's your diet like?
