Hey girl! Thanks for the comment on my page! COngrats on your success so far, stick with it and you will see results! As for cardio, I was a cardio junkie so I'm probably gonna scare you away. When I first started working out I was doing 30-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and then 3 days of strength training. For cardio my gym has an arc trainer which is like a modified elliptical so I would do that, the elliptical or running! Hopefully that helps. 2029 days ago
