50 Down 40 to go!

I have 40 more lbs to go before I reach my goal of !!! Down 50 since January and now that I live in South Korea, I have so many other things on my mind (like partying lol) so I need some motivation to get back on the right track!!!

I'm not an emotional eater, I'm an all the time eater. I just love food. Sadly, I'm one of the people who even looks at a dessert and I gain 3 lbs.

My end goal is 185 by June when I leave to move to London. Then I want to hit 165 ...

My Goals:
My goals are to be 185 lbs, wear a size 10 (at the most) and a medium shirt. I am currently in a 16 and L. I would also like to mentally change my habits as well! I just want to be able to go into any place and be able to shop!

Hey pretty lady! thanks for the comment. I need all the motivation I can get. I'm starting my martial art inspired fitness class today and I'm really nervous. How is your progress coming along?

Hey girl! Thanks for the comment on my page! COngrats on your success so far, stick with it and you will see results! As for cardio, I was a cardio junkie so I'm probably gonna scare you away. When I first started working out I was doing 30-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and then 3 days of strength training. For cardio my gym has an arc trainer which is like a modified elliptical so I would do that, the elliptical or running! Hopefully that helps.
