My Goals:
Yikes! I have gained 25 pounds over the last 3 years due to emotional eating and boredom. I wear my yoga pants almost every day because they are the only clothes that fit, and I REFUSE to buy new larger size clothes. I'd like to consistently lose one to two pounds each week by eating healthy foods and exercising daily.
My Program:
My plan is to follow Dr. Fuhrman's EAT to LIVE plan; and exercise at least 30 minutes a day (burning at least 300 calories each workout, and strength training every other day). Here are my weight loss milestones for the rest of this year: 1/1 - 140.0 (starting weight) 3/1 - 130 4/1 - 125 5/1 - 120 : ) 5/1 - 12/31 - MAINTAIN I would also like to be able to jog a full 30 minutes without stopping by 3/1.
