Yikes! I have gained 25 pounds over the last 3 years due to emotional eating and boredom. I wear my yoga pants almost every day because they are the only clothes that fit, and I REFUSE to buy new larger size clothes. I'd like to consistently lose one to two pounds each week by eating healthy foods and exercising daily.
My plan is to follow Dr. Fuhrman's EAT to LIVE plan; and exercise at least 30 minutes a day (burning at least 300 calories each workout, and strength training every other day).
Here are my weight loss milestones for the rest of this year: 1/1 - 140.0 (starting weight) 3/1 - 130 4/1 - 125 5/1 - 120 : ) 5/1 - 12/31 - MAINTAIN
I would also like to be able to jog a full 30 minutes without stopping by 3/1.
