My Goals:
I am a type2 diabetic. My biggest fear is having to take insulin. My goal is to get my diabetes under control to avoid giving myself shots daily. My weight loss goal is to lose 76 pounds
My Program:
I am currently circuit 2x's a week on Tues & Thurs. On Monday and Friday I do a cardio interval which consists of a 10 minute warm up and cool down on the treadmill and 10 minutes on 3 of the following: the elliptical, treadmill, bike or gazelle. The other three days I try to keep it simple by walking or doing light exercises at home.
