The New and Improved Ms. Mommy
Sigh... It's been a long road of ups and downs for me. When I first start on Spark, I lost 20 pounds. Then I put it back on. Then I lost it again. THEN I started working in an office chair 8 hours a day and slowly put it back on. Well now I'm working from home (in a much nicer chair)...but I'm way closer to the back road to run on, my Les Mells Combat DVDs and my elliptical. So here goes again. For me, I stick to my diet. For him, I change my lifestyle. He ...
