Hi! Trying to get back to my healthiest weight. I have 15 lbs to lose, but my main motivation is that I want to be a better athlete. Get back into running and improve my rock climbing. My ultimate goal would be to run a half marathon this year, and climb a 5.10 clean.

My Goals:
Begin running again. I was never fast, but I sure liked it.

To get back to my healthy weight, and bring my bmi back to normal.

To be able to climb harder routes.

My Program:
I am just focusing on eating better- not perfect! but an improvement.

I am also going to ease back into running.

Id really like to add strength training programs targeted towards climbers.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
