I've been obese ever since elementary school. My lack of exercise and poor eating habits followed me into adulthood and in 2009 I weighed in at my heaviest of almost 250lbs. It was a shock for me to realize I had become so big and I had no clue what to do. I learned about SP from our wellness center but it took me almost another year before I actually started using the site. In 2010 Robert and I were engaged and I was determined to shed the weight. On our wedding day 8.4.12 I was the smallest version of me at 185! I was hooked on training for my first half marathon and with being a full time student I had more free time than previously working.

Flash forward to now, Winter 2015, and I am about 25lbs heavier. After my first half I took an 8month haitus from running and the weight started to once again creep on. It's been a lot harder to get off this time around but I am determined to be back to my wedding day weight so we can hopefully start our new journey: a healthy pregnancy! (I miscarried September 2014 and am trying very hard to recover and become a stronger/healthier me!)

My Goals:
My healthy weight is between 145-160 and I'd like to be in the 160s. To get myself there I'm creating smaller goals for myself, the one right now being 190lbs. I also want to become a more active person and not spend most of my days on my butt in front of the computer and tv.

My Program:
Right now I'm training for a sub 30min 5k and trying to throw strength in as well by using P90X3
