I've been obese ever since elementary school. My lack of exercise and poor eating habits followed me into adulthood and in 2009 I weighed in at my heaviest at the time of almost 250lbs. When I got engaged in 2010 I was determined to get healthy and for my wedding day 8.4.12 I was 185lbs. I had fallen in love with running and was training for my first half marathon that September. I ended up over training and after the half I took an 8 month hiatus. Over the next few years I had some bumps in the road but at the end of some painful times I ended up getting pregnant late March 2015. I was hoping to have a healthy pregnancy and although I did, I didn't have a good relationship with food and my back was so painful it hurt to even walk. The day before my daughter was born I was 270lbs, my highest weight ever. Now I'm on my postpartum journey to become the best healthy mommy that I can be!!

My Goals:
My healthy weight is between 145-160 and I'd like to be in the 160s. To get myself there I'm creating smaller goals for myself, the one right now being 190lbs. I also want to become a more active person and not spend most of my days on my butt in front of the computer and tv.

My Program:
Right now I'm training for a sub 30min 5k and trying to throw strength in as well by using P90X3
