I've tried losing weight for a good portion of my life. In some years I was successful, only because I wouldn't eat and was always on the go. My Goals:
My healthy weight is between 145-160 and I'd like to be in the 160s. To get myself there I'm creating smaller goals for myself, the one right now being 190lbs. I also want to become a more active person and not spend most of my days on my butt in front of the computer and tv.

*Drinking 8-10 glasses of H20 daily
*Cardio 5x/wk
*ST 3x/wk

Thanks for the comment on my page -- it was kind of overwhelming to get so many, lol! So far I am enjoying NROL4W I leave the gym drenched in sweat but it is fun. It is hard to figure out at first, but when I got going it made sense.
