I am completely bound and determined to stick to it this time.Ive found myself to quit cuz ive gotten frustrated cuz ive hit that dead spot but Im not going to let that stop me this time! i have always had a weight problem especially now with 4 kids later lol. after my 1st one i never seemed to of been able to get rid of it. ive tried dieting multiple times and i may of lost a few but it always came back....PLUS SOME! which is what nobody ever wants.i used sparkpeople once before about 5 years ago but after losing 35 lbs i was stuck for 3 weeks and lost motivation. well ive decided i was more determined now than ever to get to where i want to be and be more happy with myself and get my self esteem up and have more of a positive attitude with self image if not for me but my kids.(of course having feeling better about myself will show to my kids also) and the biggest smile ever is when my kids want to work out with me. and its soo funny because my 12 month old will stand in front of the tv and act like hes 'walking in place' (as i do with the leslie sanson dvd) ! and i think that just gets me everytime. :-) but i want to be in better health and be more active with and for my kids and not letting a bad week discourage me and let me give up!
I want to be healthier for my kids and be more active.I want to loose a total of 50 pounds.
I am using the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds at home dvds and have cut back on my pop and eating special K and multi grain cheerios twice a day and a regualr meal for supper. If i eat something else besides the cereal for lunch i just watch what i eat.
