My Goals:
My goals for this year (2012) is to finally lose the weight and stop giving up on myself.

My Program:
In order to reach my goal I will eat more healthy foods, eat out once a week, carry healthy snacks with me when I go to work, and I will excercise 4 days out of the week for 45-60 minutes

Personal Information:
I am a married to a wonderful husband and I have three great kids.


Other Information:
During my spare time, I love to go dancing, bowling and to the movies. I also love spending time with my family.

Depends on the type of shin pain.. If it's shin splints and you're running..you need to take a week off of running.. maybe more... you'll also need to ice your shins as well. IF you're running in old shoes.. You may need to get new ones.. You can cross train with cycling and swimming until the shin splints are gone. Make sure you stretch ALOT.. go to RUnnersworld.com they have a huge stretching resource there as well as on sparkpeople COach Nicole's , I"d check out this link: http://wiki.runnersworld.com/index.php/Shi
n_Splints to try and pinpoint the pain more specifically. If it's a stress fracture.. you will need to see your dr... Hope it feels better soon. :)

Thanks for your message! I have two exams left as well. I find it so difficult to balance studying with healthy eating and (especially) exercise :( Good luck on your midterms and hopefully you will be finished soon!!
