Re-Inventing Me

I am a busy professional woman constantly multi-tasking and doing for everyone else and skipping on doing for me, eating right or caring for my own health. Well this is a journey I have attempted many times before (to get his weight off) but this time, I had a wake call when my doctor told me I was on the fast track to becoming Insulin dependent.
WOW! what a head spinner.

Not only do I hate needles but I have seen ...
I am a busy professional woman constantly multi-tasking and doing for everyone else and skipping on doing for me, eating right or caring for my own health. Well this is a journey I have attempted many times before (to get his weight off) but this time, I had a wake call when my doctor told me I was on the fast track to becoming Insulin dependent.
WOW! what a head spinner.

Not only do I hate needles but I have seen some of my co-workers suffering from full blown diabetes and the devastating effects of continuing down a road of neglect to my health. My highest weight has been 220lbs size 18 with most of my weight in the stomach and legs. I have been a yo-yo dieter, (that's hard for me to say) and I need to stop fooling myself thinking I am not as big as "so and so" and get on it!

2012 is MY YEAR to RE-INVENT ME by taking back all the love, support and assistance I give to others and SHOWER the Love & Support ON ME!! It is the time to take control of my health and add years to my life and live health conscious. I look forward to this community helping me get to a healthy weight, lifestyle and the re-invention of ME!

I have lived all over the US and love to travel to new and exotic places be it out of the country or to a new cultural event right where I am. I am a very outgoing and adventurous person.
