Together we can keep others motivated to meet our fitness and weight goals. I tend to get so busy with continuing my education, working on our home, outside gainful employment, that I have a hard time finding time for fitness, even though I greatly enjoy a wide variety of activities. Good for you for going out and doing what you dont' really like knowing that it is helping you. I am trying to improve on getting my strength training in 4x a week. Weights are not so hard for me, but wow, good for you for being able to do 500 sit-ups. THat is great. Keep up the great work.
