    For YYCHIO...My lack of computer skills keep me from pages such as these. I am terrible at responding because I forget to look for messages!
    From ages 17 - 40, I jogged 6-7 days a week and did aerobics. My longest run was 13 miles. At age 40, I added Yoga and strength classes. I started swimming 2 - 3 times per week, so I had not time to jog every day. Now, at age 53, I juggle walking/jogging, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Class, Ballet, Swimming, Skiing (on occasion), Aerobics. I try to do at least one class of each every week (skiing is seasonal and rare), but don't always make it. I also do gardening (yard work!). Since I have been jogging for 38 years, I prefer to jog, but can't do it every day anymore.

    Thanks for the upbeat comments! Wow!!! My computer skills are a handicap to me on this website. I do not have a photo because I do not know how to get one online. I do not write in blogs because I don't know how. I was on this website for many months before I discovered Food and Fitness Trackers, and learned how to use them. I don't respond to emails that say I have a "friend" because I don't know where on the website to go to respond!

    I have the fitness/exercise portion of the healthy lifestyle down. Exercise makes me feel good and have more energy. My struggle is with eating too many sweets and foods high in saturated fats. I love this website to help keep me motivated to stay on track!
