I've got my fitness down, now I'm trying to improve my eating and slim down by about 2 pounds a week. My Program:
2 fitness classes next quarter, plus interval training. 1000 calories burned a week! Incoprporating at least 3 fruits and veggies per day into my diet, and staying within my sparkpeople calorie range.
