Just call me YO-YO
Ugh another year and I am making a resolution to lose weight. Hmmmm wonder why ;)
I've come to the conclusion that it's not my diet that is failing me - it's me who is failing my diet. I start making progess, get on a good streak and WHAM - I throw myself a curve ball! I truly am my own worst enemy when it comes this whole healthy living thing.
BUT I am not giving up on myself and since I have done it before I know that I CAN do it. I just need to let myself succeed. ...
