My Goals:
- Lose 30 lbs in 3 Months
- Learn exercises to add to my own fitness class routines that I teach
- Inspire others
- Develop healthy nutrition habits
- Transform my body with intent and purpose

My Program:
- I teach Zumba and Basic Training. I want to leverage SparkPeople workouts to enhance my own classes as well as explore new fitness modalities.
- Contribute to forums.
- Enjoy a new routine of planning and tracking meals and workouts.


Personal Information:
I was shocked to log into my SparkPeople account that I opened in 2010 and see my weight at that time was 22 lbs LESS than it is today.

Reflecting on what changed in two years and unlearning bad habits are part of my goal.
