On my way to a better me.......

well, i am one of those people whose weight is always going up and down, i struggle with my weight on a daily basis .my weaknesses are sugary and salty snacks.Love them, and now I am needing to find some self control.I am looking for friends that are also using this program that i can message and get advice.hopefully get the motivation to loose these extra pounds..

My Goals:

would like to get to a healthier weight that is maintainable for me, hoping to get to at least 135ish but more would be better not sure if i can ever get to the goal sp set for me but any motivation helps.

Personal Goal get to 132 before 1/1/12

My Program:
I added more fruits and vegetables to my diet, committed to doing some kind of cardio everyday.The treadmill is my best friend, invested in a pedometer to keep me motivated in reaching my daily goals.Also wear a RUBBER slimming belt when doing cardio,it really makes a difference in loosing extra water weight.
Mini stepper-helps tone my thighs..

Yes, I do have a Facebook account, but I don't discuss my weight loss over there. Too many people (family mostly) that just aren't supportive. Aww! Thank you so much!! I've always carried my weight well. And I've got more muscle now. The last time I wore this size I only weighed about 175-180, so I know I've got a higher percentage of muscle mass. Gotta love that strength training!

I don't have a lot of details yet. I just signed up with OkCupid a couple of days ago and I've been getting a lot of responses! Its kind of caught me off guard to tell the truth! I actually have a couple of dates lined up for this week. Don't worry, I'm being safe. Public places, telling someone where I'm going and giving them his cell number, only meeting for coffee at first, etc. :-)

Well, that's one of the joys of exericise, isn't it? That you can eat more and still lose?? :-)

I've got a great teacher in that class. But I'm not sure I'd call it fun! Its really hard work and I feel really proud that I'm doing it, but its not really "fun" for me. I do Zumba too and that's fun! A great workout, but never really feels like exercise because its so much fun! This new class always feels like work.
