My goal is to get to a weight that is right for me. The charts say I need to be between 109 and 135....I'm thinking realistically around 135...when I look good and feel good (and the Insulin is gone) that's where I will stop.
Spark diet Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Or 150 minutes a week.
I am in my 50's, from Orygun. I am a Paramedic but primarily do education for everybody in the medical field. I also teach EMT classes at the local college. I have one 27y.o. son who is married and I have been married for 28 years. I've been overweight most of my adult life.
Without the exercise you may as well forget the diet ;-)
