My goal is to get to a weight that is right for me. The charts say I need to be between 109 and 135....I'm thinking realistically around 130...when I look good and feel good (and the Insulin is gone) that's where I will stop.
Spark diet Exercise at least 3 times week 5 is the goal but making sure I get my exercise minutes in each week.
I am in my very early 50's, from Orygun. I am a Paramedic but primarily do education for everybody in the medical field. I also teach EMT classes at the local college. I have one 24 year old son and have been married for 25 years. I've been overweight most of my adult life.
Without the exercise you may as well forget the diet ;-)
