My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 100lbs in a year. I dont know if thats realistic but my immediate goal is to lose 21 lbs in 12 weeks. And of course become healthy.

My Program:
I have decided to the "Body-For-Life" program which includes balanced healthy eating and HIIT weight training and cardio.

Personal Information:
Im from Chicago, a single mom of an 8 year old girl, and I work a full-time job and a part-time job.

Other Information:
One thing I realized that I have to take it one day at a time. I finally ready to embark on this journey.

Thanks Christina It is OVERWHELMING!!! But I also have been trying to be more active on this site as well and it really helps in terms of support. It can be so overwhelming, I'm with you. I have found that it helps me to list health risks and benefits on my bedroom mirror. It reminds me why losing weight and getting healthy are so important and so much more than about appearance, but I still get down and out sometimes. It is good to communicate your feelings with people who understand. I am trying to get more active in chats and what not on here because I have read research that says it really does help. I have a friend who was struggling, I got her to join sparkpeople and she has become way more active on here than I have ever been and is really doing great with her weight loss since joining. She has really inspired me to get back on track and to seek support on here.
