The battle is on!

I''m 30 yrs old & ready to reclaim my life. After gaining weight from medical treatment, I''ve been on & off diets for a couple years without much success. Enough is enough!! I''m taking control of all aspects of my life. No more chaos at work, disorganization at home & absolutely no more binge eating for me! I have 2 small kids to run after & play with. When the couch looked better than being outside & enjoying the day... Something had to change. ...8 years later.... I''m 38 & life ...

I''m still over weight, still on & off diets, but also still trying my best to live healthy! I actually did take control of my life! I left work, became a SAHM for 7 years & am possibly starting a part time job in a few months. I''''ve realized now that my home will always be a work in progress & that is ok. The organization has come a long way in 8 years! I still have issues with emotional eating... I''ll need to try my best to control myself. My kids are Tweens/teens now. Life is busy, I''''m way more active than before. Now I just need to focus on eating & living healthier. I need to love myself more!

My Goals:
I'm hoping to be able to enjoy more activities with my kids. Without feeling exhausted!

I want to look better for myself & get back some of the old self esteem I used to have.

Of course I also want to be healthier too.

My Program:
The Diet: A combination of South Beach Diet & Weight Watchers.

My exercise program: 1 video workout Wed, Fri, Sun. Occassionally some independant strength exercises from SparkFitness Tue & Thur.
