Getter done!!!

I have gained around 50 lbs over the last 5 years because of several health issues. My goal is to lose the weight, so I can enjoy hunting, fishing and various other outdoor activities.

Happy Birthday to You!!

Born September 25, you may seem to others to have it all and to be one of the most well-adjusted individuals born under your sign. You must always remain aware of your own feelings, even if you are disguising them from the world around you.

Welcome to the "Excercising with Osteo Arthritis! I am a co-team leader and we are so excited that you decided to join us. We are here to help keep everyone motivated.
The best motivation on spark is posting, asking questions, finding new friends that is in this together. We are all on this journey to be fit and healthy, so your not alone in this. People need someone to believe in them.

Happy Birthday to You!!

Born Sept. 25, you are sure to have an almost magnetic effect on those around you, who find you simply irresistible for many reasons -- not the least of which, of course, are your looks, your seemingly carefree demeanor and your record of singular accomplishment. What really does the trick, however, is your ability to relate to those around you; you can be a fast friend even to someone you have not known for long, and you are able to empathize even with those whose behavior may be inexplicable to others. There are times when you may have something of a Midas touch, as the world around you is so often bright and golden.

You have what it takes to teach by example throughout much of your life, and not in an overly demonstrative way but rather by simply making the right choices, doing the right things, and following the right path.
