Hi my name is mechelle and i thank god that i've found such a wonderful site that allows you to lose weight and gain ever lasting friendships that doesn't cost you a arm and a leg to be a part of. I am trying to become healthy to prepare myself before i get pregnant. i welcome all to come and chat, exchanged ideas, let of steam, or success stories, and set backs. I just want to let every know that i am here no matter what. WE WILL OVER COME THIS THING CALLED WEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to become a health mother be4 i get pregnant. I want to lose weight soon and become healthier for health reasons. My goal is to start out small then work my way up by July 08 my birthday. I plan on taking my godchildren to Disney World and Wearing a bathing suite that is eye catching. lol lol lol To be honest my main focus is because diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease run in my family and i am going to do everything in my power to break that cycle of unhealthy people in my family.


My Program:
I plan on staying within my calorie intake of 1400 to 1600 calories and basically lowering my carbs, sugar, and bread intake. I will start my journey to train for a marathon and use my fitness videos(THE FIRM).

I am from North Carolina, and my name is Mechelle my email address is mzmechelle24@mail.com I have been trying to maintain a healthy weight bor yrs up until now when i found out that i weigh close to 300 pounds, but that's not the have i am trying to get pregnant but i have this condition called PCOS. It's thought to be harder to concieve when you have this. It's a condition that cause the body to over produce insulin and it's not distributed evenly. I can't really explain in depth ,but just know that diet and exercise is best when it comes to PCOS.

    Hey Michelle! I would absolutely talk to your re about metformin! Mine said that not only does it help with fertility, it also helps reduce the risk of miscarrage. Plus since it is also uesd for diabetes it really helps the insulin imbalance which helps with the weight loss! Let me know what the dr says.

    thanks a bunch they drive me crazy sometimes but I love my babies to death. Tomorrow is my weigh in and I am a little nervous I have been watching what I eat but I have not been exercising but I am going to start soon even if it is just a little walking

    Hey there! Anytime you need support, I'm here!! My hubby and I are not TTC anytime soon. I have WAY too much weight I want to lose, plus I am still in grad school. I graduate in June, so maybe a few months after that. Plus, I just figured out that if I lose 2.5 lbs a week I could weigh 100 lbs. less in a year! That would be such a healthy weight for me to start TTC so I may wait until then. I hope you have a great day!

    Im going to back to school now, so I have been studying like a mad woman! I have not gone to the gym for 6 days!! ICK! I feel like crap, and I have been sick. But I know I will overcome this...I hope!
