I'm ready to really start getting healthy.

I joined this site after reading a pamphlet in my dr's office. After she went over all my labs and grimaced, I decided it was time to actually do something about this instead on saying oh that's an easy fix, I'll get to it later.

Thanks for your comment on my defense of RFL. Feels like a long time ago that I wrote that. I remember writing it but I don't remember where --- I do remember the attack on a good program providing a helpful service and the attack made me angry ! I know ACS does good work. I've been a Road To Recovery volunteer for years. I couldn't let those negative words stand without a response. And now because you saw it, I'm glad I wrote because it continues gathering attention.

And thank you for what you do for Relay For Life.

I actually LOVE this stuff that you get in the 'salon products' part of the shampoo aisle, it's called Catwalk 'Curls Rock' and it's like a creme in a pump, it's kind of expensive, but if I ever wear my hair down, that's what I use. Right now I have been using the Pantene curls scrunching gel, and that works pretty good too, just make sure you comb it through your hair so it evens out and doesn't get all crunchy.

I also heard from a lady that I met recently that there is this stuff that is actually called 'pink stuff' that is in the ethnic section, that stuff apparently works miracles. I haven't tried it yet, maybe once I run out of the Pantene gel. I always try different things too, it's hard to find that ONE product that works.
