Hi I am Mariah and I have been using Spark in spirts for a while, but I am new to the community aspect of it. I have been a competitive cheerleader for 8 years. My goal is to lose body fat and drop about two sizes as well as change my diet to more healthier foods. I find dropping weight a challange because I am in the normal weight range and I am very muscular. So I am looking to stay tone but get smaller at the same time. To create muscle definition

To cut out all excess sugars





My Program:
Monday & Wed. Power pilates 40 mins paired with 20 min of cardio

Gonna add an Xbiking class on Tues., Thurs. for 50min

Tues,Thurs,Fri.- Cardio/60min/abs

WHat was the official time for your half marathon? Did you enjoy the race? Do you wanna do another now or do you think you'll ever do a full? I'm going to sign up for the disney princess half marathon which is at the end of feb. then after that im thinking i might start working on gaining muscle. i am starting more & more to like the look of those buff chicks in oxygen! haha. what kind of stuff is your trainer having you do? do you like working with a trainer? what's the one thing you would say hiring him has helped you with the most? do you think it is worth the $$. what are you doing to work on lowering your bf%? ok.. my flight is landing.. vegas baby!!!. ttys!

i followed this very loosely but that is because i do a lot of conditioning during my training sessions at my gym, CATZ, that im sure youve heard me rave about. anyway, i just ran twice a week for about 4 months in preparation. but you definitely need to follow what he says about running the distance runs on the weekends. i would have never been able to handle it if my body weren't used to running 10 + miles.
