WHat was the official time for your half marathon? Did you enjoy the race? Do you wanna do another now or do you think you'll ever do a full? I'm going to sign up for the disney princess half marathon which is at the end of feb. then after that im thinking i might start working on gaining muscle. i am starting more & more to like the look of those buff chicks in oxygen! haha. what kind of stuff is your trainer having you do? do you like working with a trainer? what's the one thing you would say hiring him has helped you with the most? do you think it is worth the $$. what are you doing to work on lowering your bf%? ok.. my flight is landing.. vegas baby!!!. ttys! 2200 days ago

i followed this very loosely but that is because i do a lot of conditioning during my training sessions at my gym, CATZ, that im sure youve heard me rave about. anyway, i just ran twice a week for about 4 months in preparation. but you definitely need to follow what he says about running the distance runs on the weekends. i would have never been able to handle it if my body weren't used to running 10 + miles.
