#LEGGO ... AGAIN LOL
Let me tell it I've been "about to lose weight" for about 6 months now. I started Sparkpeople with a BUNCH of SPARK but fell off like a little SPARKLER..I thought this was too time consuming with all the trackers and teams but when I stopped my activity on here I stopped seeing results. In retrospect the time really kept me focused on my goals sooooooo I'M BACK!!! I never expected this to be easy but it was a whole heck of a lot better with y'all support....ONE day at a Time ....LETS GO....

Live life to the fullest... with Less belly of course!! LoL 1st goal: Lose 10% of Body Weight 2nd goal: Jog a half mile 3rd Goal: Lose another 10%
My Program:
They say slow & steady wins the race so I'm focusing on getting moving THEN eating better...I will not be deprived of food so I think I'm gonna have to work my butt off...
