Drink lots of water; Take my vitamins; Eat 3 meals, 2 snacks; Eat to fuel my body! Move every single day. Mix it up with walking, cardio, strength training and yoga / pilates Remind myself that I can choose to avoid negative thinking and automatic reactions Weigh myself each AM Be good to myself

I love my home and city. I am a reiki practitioner and meditator. Interested in various healing modailites. I love art and music, and fill my home with these. Proud owner of a labradoodle. I am committed to making the most of this oppor tunity to improve my health by eating carefully, thinking positive thoughts and moving my body every day.
