I became obese as a child, and have through my teenage and adult years triend countless times to loose weight. In undergrad I was successful to a weight minimum of 158 (lowest ever) however the majority of time was spent 180-226 weight maximum.

I decided to run a half marathon at the coaching of one of my friends, now let it be clear that I am not a runner... But I think this sparked the thought that I could loose weight, I could become active, I could become strong.

Since then I have had ups and downs, and strive to loose weight. I have recently re-grouped, have an action plan in place and have been sticking to it.

We shall see what the end result will be.

1) I will earn my black belt (3-4 year process)
2) I will run a 1/2 marathon (with out walking)
3) I will eventually be a healthy weight. (165 for BMI of 25)

I get a present for every 10 lbs I lose

210 done: Food scale/ book
200 done: New gym clothes
190 done: Trip to CROATIA and shopping

180: shopping
170: shopping
160: botox :) and lots of shopping

My Program:
Calories/ day 1500
Goal: Gym 4 times per week.

Ideal:
Hapkido 3 x/w
Run with sister 2-3x/w
Strength Train 3x/w
Aikido 2x/w

Have lived in Hampton Roads my entire life.
