Susan, In answer to your question from my blog, eating has been my #1 (as in "living to eat"). My new #1 is reading. I love to do crafts and I love to read, so it is kind of a toss-up between these two. Reading won out because I have LOTS of books to read (both e-books and books in print). And while I do have lots of craft supplies, they must be readily available with substantial space to use them. I always have several e-books with me (on phone, tablet, computer, etc.). I don't always have craft supplies or a place to lay them out to work with them. SparkCheers! ~Beth
so much for the RM info. I will process it and see what I come up with. Yes we live in a mobile home and have attached the home to the property. We OWN it all and it is all realestate now. We live & own 1/3 acre. Just what I read...doesn`t sound like a smart move.
Susan, Thanks for visiting my SparkPage. I agree with your comments about days 31-40. I found them really helpful.
I can't believe I am almost halfway through the book! As you know, pages 41-50 are chock full of thoughts and ideas associated with the way we think about food. "Food for thought" as many folks might refer to them. (Oh! the mind games we play with food and eating!)
I am truly enjoying Spangle's book. It has just the things I need in it. Because I am a stubborn woman, I know I will need to go back and re-read a lot of pages (probably do the whole book a second time). I really want to learn these things and keep them in my mind. Like you, I don't want to have to measure everything I eat for the rest of my life. Take care! ~Beth
