I can't believe I am almost halfway through the book! As you know, pages 41-50 are chock full of thoughts and ideas associated with the way we think about food. "Food for thought" as many folks might refer to them. (Oh! the mind games we play with food and eating!)
I am truly enjoying Spangle's book. It has just the things I need in it. Because I am a stubborn woman, I know I will need to go back and re-read a lot of pages (probably do the whole book a second time). I really want to learn these things and keep them in my mind. Like you, I don't want to have to measure everything I eat for the rest of my life. Take care! ~Beth
Hi, Susan. Thank you for my beautiful potted plant SparkGoodie. You have such a sweet thoughtful spirit! I'm quite tired because I got home after 10 pm last night and had to get up early this morning for work. I promise to catch up on my blogs tomorrow and the next day. I'm proud to say that I did read Spangle's words of wisdom every day. I'm going to have to read her little book a number of times to put it all into practice consistently!
