Finding time for me!

I've worked for so long to become a teacher, then setting up my classroom and getting 6 years under my belt... but I got "lost" in the process. Now I'm working on making me happy and healthy!

My Goals:
~ Lose weight, but more importantly, be healthy
~ Be a runner again, I miss this!
~ Sleep at least 8 hours a night
~ Get up without hitting snooze - ug!
~ Drink 12 cups of water a day - no SODA!
~ Remember that my time is importantly spent on me too - not just my classroom, a healthier, happier me is going to be a better teacher anyway!

Personal Information:
My name is Allyson and I grew up in the Bay Area after moving from MN when I was little. I went to Chico State (Go Wildcats!) and now live in Davis, CA. I work out of town and commute almost 2 hours a day so fitting in time for healthy cooking and exercise has proven to be a challenge!
