    Wow, I read your msg on Michelle's page. Good job on getting extra counseling and losing that much weight. I can't seem to get my metabolism jump started either. My husband said we need to figure it out. I run on the treadmill 3-4 times a week and just can't get any weight off. I have really cut down on the soda and coffee, just the last couple weeks so I will see in another week or two if I am losing. I usually get on the scale on Monday morning, didn't get up this morning and run so I didn't want to see the scale. I just ran 22 min a few mins ago...its almost 6 pm now. I have to get supper and maybe won't want to eat much since I just worked out. Take care and good luck!! I am glad you have an amazing supportive husband. Katy emoticon

    Hello there!!!!!!!!!!!! How are you??? I don't know what was going on with my facebook emails but I wasn't getting them for a while! That is awesome that you have lost so much! I am working on getting back down to where I was prior to the Holidays! Hello Holiday 15!!!!!!! ARGH!!! I bought a treadmill and have been eating as clean as I can. Drinking lots of water. The scale will move eventually I am sure of it!

    So what have you been up to? What are you doing for Exercise??? emoticon emoticon BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
