My Goals:
My goal is to be HEALTHY! I want to stay active & involved w/ my 3 little boys. If I'm healthy & fit, they will be too!

My Program:
Getting back on track! Taking in good, nutrious foods into my body, water intake which is so important not only for your body, but I also have to take it due to meds...just another good reason to get it down! Working out daily, even if it's for 10 mins is my goal right now! As I get medically healthier, I'll adjust my routines & times!

Personal Information:
I'm a daughter, sister, wife, daughter-in-law, mother, auntie, friend & a WOMAN! I totally enjoy that & want to be the best that I can be @ it!

Other Information:
I'm self-employed w/ 2 companies. Home Security & Monitoring & recently because I'm so dedicated to the fact that women should be independant, & love the person that they truly are, I started selling Pure Romance. I LOVE it & wish I could do it full time. If you're curious about Pure Romance products, msg me! I also work outside of the home for 2 sister hospitals one drawing blood & the other working in the processing dept!

Hi Rosa...long time no see or hear from me I know. I fell of the wagon and then picked myself up with a gym membership which eventually led my way back here. Hope all is well with you!

Hello,
I am on here, not all the time. But I have started walking/jogging on the treadmill or outside at lunch for 15-20 mins and then do 10-15 mins after I get home from work. I feel better that way, I am getting a workout in but not all at once, it works for me.

I am so excited for Michelle! Great job on your weight loss!
