I also like "55. Ask what you want more. When faced with the dilemma of whether or not to indulge in snack/meal detrimental to your progress tell yourself “I want my health/ideal body more than I want that ______.” " In my bargaining mode, I ask myself if I have fulfilled all my nutritional needs, and if I am still hungry. Usually the answer is I need more calcium so I have some plain nonfat Greek yogurt and 8 almonds. By the time I meet my nutritional needs, I am no longer hungry, so I successfully postpone the less-healthy choice indefinitely (although it's not off-limits).

Thanks for the comment on George. Right after I posted, he started not doing as well again. We are waiting to talk to someone, but will probably be staying here again. I edited my post.
