Jane I know how your feeling the scale is moving so slowly for me, I have a little run of losing then nothing, when I'm losing I seem to be depriving myself of calories allowed! I need to find a happy medium for dieting, I refuse to be hungry all the time.
I agree...that 30% seems a lot from fats..not sure what an appropriate amount would be. We do need them, the healthy fats in order to get our fat soluble vitamins. But the plate seemed to show a fair idea of how to set up a meal. OF course no absolutes..it must work for the person.
No snacking after 7 ..still on that streak..OH yeah!!
