Enjoy your dinner out! I am headed to a luncheon with friends from work days. A bunch of ICU RN's eating at I-Hop!!

Did you decide about WW?? I was in my mind reviewing what they offer..& then it dawned on me. Are you doing it online or in person? That makes a big difference indeed!

I am checking out a 10 day detox just to kick start my system for summer..kinda like changing the oil in your car!!!
I remember how good I felt when I did the Vegan Challenge..but also it is just too restrictive of a diet for me..I must admit to liking my eggs..cheeses..yogurt & even meat ..
So eating a balanced ...mmm like the Meditteranian Diet is more likely to lead to success for someone like me.

Have a good Wed..and enjoy your evening!!

That sounds like fun!! yep would love to be joining in on that for sure!

I think WW is a great way to go..I did the points system because honestly I like to eat what I want when I want & could do that knowing when I reached my maximum points for the day or close to it..I needed to be careful. Good Luck with it...keep me posted on how you are doing OK?

We wemt tp the swap meet today & brought home 8 more chicks..6 week olds & 2 week olds...I wanted some Buff Orphintons...& got those the 2 week old ones.. Then Jim went to visit with a friend that was there & came back with two rabbits!! Angora Rabbits!! I will post pics in a day or so right now they are so shy of us that we cannot keep them still long enough to get a good pic!

Garden out back in the tub is recovering from the hail storm & the straw bale seems to be growing but not as fast as I thought..or perhaps I am just impatient!!

Have fun..talk to ya later...nite now!!

oh yeah wasn't that interesting. & fairly disgusting..just think if you are , as I am, over weight ..all your internal organs are encased in layers of that yucky fat!! What can be seen is bad enough but to picture that as well...OMG
There's an incentive to get this done!!

How'd your week go? I have not weighed yet ..I know I am not sticking to the plan as well as I should. but DH keeps wanting to go out to eat & I just want to spent what time I can with him while he is aware ...so my focus is not as tight on me as it should be. I promised me to start this PM...tis PM so I am started...now to put one foot in front of the other!!

say hay..check in day..how ya doing??

I am sad to admit in the midst of self pity & wallowing in .."I don't wanna land"..I managed to find all I had lost & am back at ground zero. With new determination to make it..& get this done so I can live in "maintance ville!" Let's kick some a55 this week whadda say!!

Garden is surviving..hot winds..cool nites..blazing sun..tis crazy...actually fried the leaves on my new lil plum tree..am sure it will be a loss for certain...dern it!
How bout your lil project?

emoticon The pattern I am doing is a new one with a different little twist: http://www.simplynotable.com/2013/the-almo
st-lost-washcloth-pattern/ It's fairly simple but I managed to mess it up a couple times not getting what she was saying the first time..and then just simply forgetting a row the 2nd. I've been knitting awhile but haven't really progressed due to infrequent projects so I am still a novice. It requires size 8 needles but probably could be done on a little smaller or bigger since it's sizing doesn't have to be for clothing!
