YEAH!! So great to hear you're still in remission! Congrats!!!
My husbands ex-wife had Hodgkins disease & what my husband did, as he was a P.A. in the Baltimore Fire Dept., was had her eat dark green leafy veggies EVERY day. When she went for one of her final check-ups, she had also gone into remission, after they had told her that she wouldn't probably make it more than a year. The Dr. at John Hopkins asked what they had done (because he was so amazed) & my husband told about the green vegetables. The Dr. was so impressed, he researched it & documented it, then presented it to the medical community. This was like 30 years ago & not only are those type of veggies known today to fight cancers, his ex has survived all these years. And, they taste good & are nutricious for ALL of us. Have you ever tried Swiss Chard? That is my favorite but hard to find sometimes.
Anyway, really just wanted to say Hi & thanks for adding me as your friend. Hope you don't mind my sharing that little tidbit about the dark green leafy veggies. I figured it couldn't hurt but could do LOTS of good things. LOL.
