Wahoo For Healthy Choices!

Im 26, a mom of two girls and a wife. I work full time, and spend my off time from work with my family. We keep busy with all our friends and family there always seems to be some reason to indulge, weddings, graduations, then of course there is the 'oh kates popped in her first tooth special dinner' or 'pages first day of school, last day of school, school social icecream temptations... there are always reasons in life to feel great and I am learning there are so many ways to reward yourself ...

I work out Mon-Fri at our work gym for 45 minutes. And try to eat healthy. Not loosing weight at this point, just maintaining and slowly toning up!

I got up about 5:30 this morning and the dishes were still there just like I left them. But on the other hand It feels great knowing I walked away from them last night and I feel like a winner not giving in last night to temptation! WooHoo!! YaY 4 US!!!

You know the one thing I've learned from the Bodybugg is those gym machines LIE!
The treadmill is the only machine that comes close to the same calorie burn as my BB.
That's when I'm running =)
Most of the machines I've learned if you take it's total and half it, then that's what the bodybugg will tell you that you've burned!
Yes girl the BB makes you WORK!!!
Something to keep in mind.
I'm excited for your trip to Mexico =)
DON'T DRINK THE WATER.
You will lose 10 lbs from the runs!!
Bottle water. . . bottle water!

Hey! I am doing well. Still haven't really lost any weight in a while, however I haven't gained any. Trying to motivate myself to get up more days and get to the gym before work, I just never go if I wait until after work.

How is everything going? Congrats on all your running! I do not run nearly as often as I should. Of course part of that is because I get to the gym and all the treadmills are full...oh well. I then will use the elliptical, gazelle, or stair master. I'm hoping to be able to reach my goal...or at least come really close. We are going to Jamaica for our honeymoon and I would love to feel great on the beach! :)

How are things going?
I'm just now getting back around to logging on again.
In October I got a BodyBugg & I was only logging onto it's web site.
They don't have a support team like SP =(
I like knowing how many calories I'm burning during my day to day activities.
Give me a shout.
Would like to know how you are!
