I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. Hey there...that is why we are here for, to give and recieve encouragement throught this life time journey!!! and take this brk as a gift, and take the time to relax, focus on other things that you have been missing, get yourself pampered...and trust me you will have sooo much more energy, and feel recharged that you would kick some butt!!!!
I myself am finding it hard to get through this month, but I am saying myself, that is OK and that I can catch up with stuff next month, I have lost 16lbs in 2mnths (I strtd in Sep'10), and for this month I dont think am gonna have any loss whatsoever coz I have been takin it easy, but atleast am glad my weight isnt creeping bk up, so am doing something good somewhere....we afterall jus humans arent we?!!! we cant be perfect all the time, infact I dont believe in perfect in anymore and ppl call me a perfectionist...lol
So gurl, shrug it off, and do the happy dance, and enjoy your short brk frm the routine :)....you will rock when you are bk at it....good luck and hugs!! :)
hi girl u can ofcourse...my aunt did it after her pregnancy she became too big and she did only yogs to loose weight ...plus its gud to change the routine and do something u dont do rite ....im sure thats gona help u ......common its not even better than doing nothing its the best form of excercise too....
oh come on, you are doing awesome...we all have days/weeks or months like that were we crave stuff like that, and that is why I never compltly cut off any junk food off my list...lol...I still eat out, but I make sure I eat low cal thru-out the day so I can afford those "bad" food and still manage to be under the calorie limit...so you might wanna add it in moderation, you know sometimes just a bite of something you really love gives so much satisfaction..and you dont have to entirely finish it off!!! so good luck to you, and do what you do the best.....
P.S: You seriouly are such a motivation to me :D...I admire what you have done, and I dont think it was easy...you worked hard!!!!!
