hi girl how r u doing ..how is ur health....hmm im too bad in my dieting...had so many parties couldnt control me ....cooked different dishes for my husband and i had them my self too...feeling not worried for that is my problem now can we start our race a little later....;( sorry to say this...

ya im doing really bad in dieting and excersise ..i didnt expect this from me ...but i know i can do it .....today 4th day of our race im determined to eat healthy and do excersise atleast half an hour.....so i cooked in bulk for the day ..i made wheat upma with mixed veggies ....but my portion was so much because i was tooooooo hungry...i didnt add oil or salt in it....im planning to eat salt less too if we eat fruits and veggies alone where does the salt comes? so no salt....im going to choose food that will hep me loose weight.....this time im more concentrating on diet as i know its the important one in weightloss.each day starts really well but ends bad so far....dec 3rd my day started very bad i felt lazy to cook ..i was washing and sterilizing baby bottles made him sleep cleaned the house so by 12 i was tooooooo hungry so had three garic breads but rest of the day my portions were gud i had wheat noodles with veggies....and i went out for shopping had pinapple milk shake with full fat milk and creame.....s so ashamed of me serious i was guilty the whole time and like im in ur mind when u do excersise ..u r in mine when ever i eat or try to skip excersise....i stated a home viedo excersise but krishay just then satated crying i felt like forget it hereafter.....but i know i should use his sleep time wisely....but then im doing house clleaning browsing taking bath....etc hmmm any way im not going to let me down i will be purely strict on my diet....and do some excersise ...

oh sure lets start from dec 1st woo whoo ..wat happened to u dear? are u feeling ok ..im also trying to be on a train full of proper diet..but im loosing my way to it....anyway i will make it slow and take some time to .....wait till dec ...but wow im realy excited and waiting for dec.......one to one challange like we have in schools and coll for scores .... emoticon
