My initial goal is to lose 30lbs by June1 , 2008. As i get closer to this goal, i am reconsidering this number and i think that an additional 10lbs would be ideal! I hope to obtain this goal by September 1, 2008.


I'm a huge believer in humanity. Nothing is as fulfilling as giving some one a hand up in life. Nothing will ever been the same since Habitat for Humanity 2008 Chile. My life was changed.

My Goals:
well, ever since my patello femoral syndrome in my knee started acting up i've had to cut my running from 4-5 times a week to 1!!!! But, on the brighter side of things i have discovered cycling and now enjoy that a few times a week. I have no routine, i just know how many calories i need to burn and how much exercise that requires!!! I usually surpass that by 300 + calories every week though so its not a problem!!! You know why its not a problem because i changed my attitude from "ughh.... i NEED to go jogging" to "I WANT to go jogging" and to voluntarily do that is really an achievement to me!!

My Program:
run and cycle the pounds away!!

:)

As for food...

Minimum 5 fruits and veg each day

8 glasses of Agua

Meet the minimal amount of fat i need each day... i actually have to plan a lot to achieve this...



Personal Information:
i'm not very tall, 5'2 so that extra weight is very noticeable on my small frame!
